Description

Small tree.

Notes

Lysiphyllum carronii is utilised in small quantities within Queensland mine rehabilitation, however it stores well which increases the viability of harvesting worthwhile quantities within heavier cropping years. The pods are papery. The seed is smaller yet more fragile than seed of L. hookeri. Care is required not to break seed in threshing processes.

Distribution

Mostly confined to Queensland besides extending a small distance into neighbouring states. A more inland distribution than for L. hookeri.
