Description

A perennial threeawn grass from 25cm to 100cm tall.

Notes

"Acacia, brigalow (Acacia harpophylla), blue-grass downs (Dichanthium spp), Eucalyptus, Eremophila and Triodia communities, rainforest fringes on clays, redearths, sandy and alluvial soils. Flowering and fruiting all year." (Simon, B.K. & Alfonso, Y. 2011)

Aristida ramosa is a widely relevent species in rehabilitation within NSW and Qld.
