Description

"Tree to c. 8 m high." (WorldWideWattle ver. 2)

Notes

"...occuring as open stands among sandstone outcrops in sand or in shallow, stony soils derived from basalt." (WorldWideWattle ver. 2) An interesting wattle with densley pubescent (velutinous) phyllodes, branchlets and pods. It does however occur with some regularity on poorer ridges between Proston, Allies Creek and Gayndah in southern, subcoastal Queensland.
